A voluntary game for two

DioPact helps adults take voluntary digital breaks with a virtual companion and, if they choose, one invited friend. Each person decides when to start a break and whether to send a check-in. Messages are never sent automatically.

Measurement and protection

Phone capabilities depend on the operating system, authorization and compatibility. On Android, optional Usage Access can measure selected-app activity, but DioPact does not block apps. On supported iOS devices, temporary protection requires your authorization. Timer-only use remains available. DioPact does not guarantee exact measurement or app blocking.

Respectful use

You choose your friend. Do not use DioPact to monitor, coerce, threaten or harass another person. You can end a break early or leave the pact using the options available in the app.

Not a medical service

DioPact is a voluntary digital wellbeing aid. It does not diagnose or treat a medical condition or addiction and does not replace professional advice.
